Wake up early


Kick-start your day with renewed energy 

If you are struggling to get out of bed in the morning then it's time to take a new look at yourself. Learn to add more life to your mornings and enjoy the start of a new day everyday.

Wake up early 

If you are running like a headless chicken in the morning then you need to get up fifteen minutes before your scheduled time. Leaving yourself enough time before work helps you to feel more in control of your time and less rushed. Give yourself a little extra time and start your day in a relaxed and positive way. Do spend some time alone in the morning. Solitude can give you much-desired calmness of mind.

Exercise 

There's no better way to start your day than doing exercises. Exercises are great mood-elevators. It can be a combination of walking, yoga or jogging. Morning exercises will give you your share of flexibility of body, agility of mind and of course fresh air. Some form of exercise will help you start your day on the right track.

Have a good breakfast 

A good breakfast is a great way to start your day. Breakfast is called the most important meal of the day and for good reason; it provides the energy we need to start the day and also provides us with essential vitamins and minerals. Never skip your breakfast as it will help you in maintaining your metabolism. Don't forget to include sprouts, fruits, milk or yogurt in your daily breakfast. It will give you nutrients.

To-do list

Creating a to-do list each day can keep you focused and help you managing your day with a clear mind. Be realistic about what you need to get done and bear your schedule in mind. Prioritize and keep it simple. The best is to make your 'To do list' is the night before. It will make your life much simpler when you go through the list and act accordingly.
