My flat abs are my strength: Shilpi Sharma


Actress-model Shilpi Sharma is a fitness freak and fitness regime along with her balanced diet gives her a fab body

My exercise regime

My workout starts with some spinning, followed by cardio and then a quick swim. It keeps me agile and the whole day I feel my body is alert and active to take the stress of shooting.

My diet

I begin my day with one glass of warm water followed with a big mug of green tea and a hearty breakfast, with two eggwhites, a brown bread toast and some fruits. Mid-morning I have protein shake or a fruit sometimes. Lunch consists of boiled dal, grilled chicken and salad, by evening I have a craving and I have my melba toast. The dinner is soup and some grilled vegetables.

My problem areas

I feel my thighs need some attention so I do lot of spinning.

My strengths

My strength is my good stamina which helps me do a lot of cardio like spinning, running and dancing along with weight training. My abs are my biggest strength as they are hard as rock and makes me feel confident in anything I wear without being conscious at all.
