Raageshwari can do 500 crunches


Raageshwari reveals the secrets to her fit and fab body

My exercise regime

I do half-an-hour of Iyengar and Tibetan yoga everyday. And an intense body sculpting circuit training with my personal trainer Roopesh, four times a week.

My diet

Everything in moderation. My breakfast is eggs, dry fruits, fresh fruits and milk. Snacks are dates, walnuts and cheese slices. Lunch is dal or kidney beans, sabzi, curds and salads. Dinner is lentils, sabzi, curds and salads.

My problem areas

My lower abdomen. It is not my problem area but it needs extra love and attention. When I don't give it some stern reverse crunches I end up with a muffin top.

My strengths

I would say I have great strength in my legs due to horse riding. I could be on the treadmill for hours. And I have great strength in my abs and could give a man some jim-jams with my capacity to do over 500 crunches.

My fitness idol

Madonna inspires me for her grit and gumption to defy gravity even at this age. I may not dream of having her animus body but she inspires me that age is nothing but just a number.

My fav celeb body male

Hrithik Roshan and Daniel Craig. To have a sculpted body is only half the battle won but to have great strength, stamina and energy is the other. Hrithik, I have personally witnessed when I toured with him on live shows and Mr Craig displayed his dexterity in the Bond film.

My fav celeb body female

It has to be Jennifer Aniston. She seems supple, flexible and still feminine. Her body is the ideal body.
